To build their customer base and acquire new customers, Eeasy World Vision collects information via a lead form on the website. The founder and sole proprietor of Eeasy World Vision approached Swastika Media for help when he began experiencing some challenges.
Challenges
As we began auditing the account, we quickly realised that the challenges that were mounting called for more than just AdWords optimisation. This meant that apart from reaching out to the right audience and driving quality traffic, there were also other issues that we need to tackle, to be on the right path to profitability.
- Outdated Website: When we were brought on board, the first thing that we noticed was that Eeasy World Vision was in the midst of a long-overdue redesign. The conversion rate was not up to the mark because people had been having a hard time finding the information that they were looking for on the website. This meant that something needed to be done in order to streamline the process and enhance the overall number of leads.
- Lead Quality: Giving a boost to conversion rate and increasing the lead volume was only half the task. Every lead form that is filled out has a cost associated with it since postage has to be paid on the free packs that are sent out to each customer. This means that cost-efficiency of the lead quality becomes a primary concern when looking at increasing the overall profitability. When the client approached us, they had been converting sales on less than a third of all the packages that they had been sending out.
Results
Priding ourselves on being an agile agency, Swastika Media, adapts its work according to the clients changing needs. Since it became apparent that quality traffic was being squandered due to Eeasy World Vision’s confusing website leading to poor user experience, - we knew that there was a pressing need to work upon the conversion rate.
We immediately set out to create a new landing page that we could send the traffic to while the main website was being redesigned. The simple and sleek design of the landing page was so effective for the business, that we manage doubling the conversion rate in the first month! The landing page ended up performing so well that almost over six months later we are still driving all paid traffic to this page.
As a result of this, within a couple of months, we were able to witness a 43% drop in the cost per conversion, while the overall volume of total convergence has increased by over 40%.
